Lady Gaga announces cosmetics line for sale exclusively on Amazon

Pop star Lady Gaga on Tuesday (Jul ix) appear a line of beauty products exclusively for auction on Amazon in a boost to the online retailer's cosmetics business.
The brand, Haus Laboratories, volition launch in September for shoppers in virtually a dozen countries, including the U.s., Germany and Japan, Amazon said.
The movement underscores how the globe's biggest online retailer is increasing competition with traditional cosmetics sellers similar Ulta Dazzler and Sephora-parent LVMH , which recently launched a beauty brand past vocalist Rihanna.
Lady Gaga, who shared an Academy Honour this year for the original vocal Shallow, said Amazon was the correct partner because it embraced her message of cocky-acceptance.
"There are companies that see me and what I correspond and the way that I view the world, and if it's non perfectly in line with what they exercise ... they'll exist like, 'Tin you just change half of the equation?'" the vocaliser told publication The Business of Fashion, which reported the news earlier Tuesday. "The respond is no. No deal."
Amazon's push into cosmetics includes a private label skin care make called Belei.
